Based on a referral from friends, I first engaged Chuck in 2008 to help me sell my townhome (unfortunately when prices / values had dropped and it was a buyers market) and buy my single family home in Eagle Valley. Throughout the sale process, Chuck explained the pros and cons of offers I received, based on the current market conditions and what I was looking for in my next home. I met Chuck through my friend who had worked with him before to buy a house and spoke highly of him. When I first met him, immediately I knew we would work together well as a team. During my 1st meeting with Chuck, since I was in town for a short time and I was planning to fly back soon, Chuck made himself available based on my schedule. During the same meeting, instead of having me sign a bunch of papers before sharing any information, Chuck laid out all his cards on the table and gave me a lot of background information into housing market, the mortgage rates, the details of the process especially for first time home buyers, process when buying a newly constructed home from a builder vs. buying an existing home.
